We understand how eagerly you anticipate your order! Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location, as committed by our courier partners. You can check the estimated delivery date for your order using the ‘Estimate Delivery’ widget on our product pages.
3. Shipping Method
We work with reputed national courier service to ensure your orders reach your doorstep promptly and safely.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship Bobbin & Thimble products internationally.
5. Missing Items in Shipment
While rare, if an item is missing from your shipment, please verify if it is listed on the enclosed invoice. If you have been charged for the missing item, reach out to us immediately via:

Important Notes

Undelivered Items:
If we are unable to deliver any item from your order, you will not be charged for it if you selected Cash on Delivery. For prepaid orders, the amount for the undelivered item will be refunded. -
Delayed Shipping:
In rare cases where we are unable to ship your complete order within 10 working days, we will cancel the unshipped items and notify you via email. Any payment made for the unshipped items will be refunded to your bank account, Bobbin & Thimble wallet, or via cheque, based on your preference. -
Tampered or Damaged Packaging:
If you suspect the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Care team immediately at+91 9515444942, WhatsApp us at +91 9515444942, or email us at bobbinthimble@gmail.com with your order reference number. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. -
India Post Deliveries:
For certain locations served by India Post, Cash-on-Delivery orders may be shipped via the VPP service. India Post may levy an additional charge of 5% of the invoice value, collected by the local post office upon delivery.
